Schools Registration Information
- Advertise the upcoming race event. Encourage student, staff and family participation beginning on February 28, 2011
- Connect with all staff to make sure they know who your school representative is in case of questions or if they receive forms/payments
- Distribute and collect registration forms and payments - beginning March 21, 2011
- Convert any payments made to the school to the race (work with your bookkeeper)
- On forms, please make sure the Athlete's Release has been signed
- Place extra forms in the office for parents and visitors
- Distribute race bibs and t-shirts to school community participants
- Remind participants to arrive at the race site no later than 7:35 a.m. to allow for ample parking time and to get to the starting line on time
